AI for product managers: operator to architect

35 product managers gave up their weekend for this one, and we turned away as many again after capping the cohort at 35. Heads of product, senior PMs, and APMs, some travelling in from other cities.

From operator to architect

Most PMs use AI in operator mode: “write me a PRD”, “summarise this research”, “draft this update”. You get artifacts faster, but you barely scratch what AI can do. The workshop made the case for architect mode instead: building systems with access to relevant data, persistent memory of past iterations, and feedback loops that improve with each run.
